1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states.

4. What materials are your products made of?

  • Plates/Bowls: Ceramic, porcelain, stoneware, glass, melamine, bamboo.

  • Cutlery Sets: Stainless steel (18/10, 18/8, 18/0), gold-plated, silver-plated, plastic (BPA-free), bamboo.

5. Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?
It depends on the material and finish:

  • Ceramic/porcelain/stoneware: Generally microwave/dishwasher safe, but hand washing recommended for metallic trim, gold accents, or hand-painted details.

  • Glass: Generally microwave/dishwasher safe, but avoid thermal shock.

  • Melamine: Dishwasher safe (top rack) but NOT microwave safe.

  • Stainless steel: Dishwasher safe; gold/silver-plated cutlery should be hand washed to preserve finish.

  • Bamboo: Hand wash only; not dishwasher safe; not microwave safe.

6. What is the difference between 18/10, 18/8, and 18/0 stainless steel?
These numbers indicate the chromium and nickel content:

  • 18/10: 18% chromium, 10% nickel – highest quality, most rust-resistant, premium shine.

  • 18/8: 18% chromium, 8% nickel – high quality, excellent rust resistance.

  • 18/0: 18% chromium, 0% nickel – good quality, magnetic (sticks to magnets), slightly less rust-resistant.

Higher nickel content generally means better corrosion resistance and brighter shine.

7. Do you sell open stock or only sets?
We offer both! Many patterns are available as open stock (individual pieces) as well as complete sets. Check the product page for options.

8. What sizes do your plates and bowls come in?

  • Plates: Dinner plates (10-11"), salad plates (7-9"), bread plates (6"), serving platters (12-16").

  • Bowls: Cereal bowls (5-7"), soup bowls, pasta bowls, serving bowls.

9. How do I care for my dinnerware?

  • Ceramic/porcelain: Avoid sudden temperature changes; stack carefully to prevent chipping; use felt pads between plates for delicate items.

  • Glass: Handle gently; avoid extreme temperature changes.

  • Melamine: Safe for outdoor use; do not microwave; avoid abrasive cleaners.

  • Bamboo: Hand wash with mild soap; dry immediately; oil occasionally to prevent drying/cracking.

  • Cutlery: Hand wash recommended for plated finishes; dry immediately to prevent water spots.
