Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature and fragility of these products, please review our policy carefully.
Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and protective materials intact. Cutlery sets must be unopened and sealed in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

Used or washed items (any product that has been used, shows signs of wear, or has been exposed to food/water).

Opened sets (sets where individual pieces are missing or packaging has been opened).

Final sale items (marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale").

Missing/damaged packaging (items must be returned with original packaging intact).

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.
Return Process

Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Pack items securely in original packaging with all protective materials. For plates and bowls, ensure each piece is individually protected.

Customer pays return shipping. We recommend trackable, insured shipping (especially for fragile ceramic/glass items).

A 10-15% restocking fee may apply to returns of sets.

Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt/inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If any item is damaged (chipped, cracked, broken) or defective, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Color & Pattern Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings and manufacturing processes (especially for ceramics and handmade items), actual colors, glazes, and patterns may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
