Shipping Policy

1. Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Areas
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

3. Costs & Delivery
Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Delivery estimates: 5-10 business days.

4. Packaging
We take great care in packaging fragile items:

  • Each plate, bowl, and cutlery piece is individually wrapped with bubble wrap or tissue paper.

  • Plates are stacked with protective padding between each piece.

  • Boxes are marked "Fragile" and filled with cushioning to prevent movement.

  • Cutlery sets are secured in their original cases or wrapped to prevent scratching.

5. Damage Claims
Inspect external box for damage upon delivery. If damaged, note with carrier and take photos before opening. For concealed damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.

6. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
