1. Products & Orders

  • We sell dinnerware: plates, bowls, and cutlery sets.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations (ceramic glazes, wood grain). These variations are not defects.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • Use products as intended for dining. Not for oven or stovetop use unless specified.

  • Handle with care – ceramic, porcelain, and glass can break if dropped.

  • Check microwave/dishwasher safety before use.

  • Inspect items regularly for chips or cracks; discontinue use if damaged (sharp edges can cause injury).

  • For cutlery, keep sharp knives away from children.

3. Food Safety Compliance
Our products comply with FDA food contact safety standards where applicable. Ceramic/glass items meet FDA lead and cadmium leaching limits. Plastic items are BPA-free.

4. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., breakage from drops, thermal shock, cuts from broken items).
